Udvartana Powder
Kottamchukkadi Powder
This Churnam is traditionally mixed into a paste and used as a lepa (an external poultice or paste) over joints and muscles, a practice that fits naturally into a seasonal or weekly self-care routine. It suits cooler months and moments when the body feels in need of warmth and grounding, and pairs well with the rhythms of Abhyanga (self-massage) and an unhurried Dinacharya (daily routine). The experience is warming and earthy, leaving a sense of comfort where it is applied.
How to use
For external use only. Mix the Churnam with a little warm water or a suitable oil to form a smooth paste, then apply as a lepa (poultice) over the joints or muscles. Leave in place for a short while, then rinse off with warm water. Patch test on a small area first.
