Withdrawal and Refund Policy
Customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases, unless a legal exception applies.
Returned items must be in the same condition as received, unused, sealed where applicable, with tags and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
To start a return or withdrawal, contact info@artofvedas.com before sending goods back. Items returned without first contacting us may not be accepted.
To return an item, please first contact our customer care at info@artofvedas.com, and we will confirm the correct returns address for your order. Returns are received at one of our European locations: Authentic Ayurveda d.o.o., Slavka Krautzeka 51, 51000 Rijeka, Croatia, or Svedica B.V., Hornweg 177A, 1432 GH Aalsmeer, The Netherlands.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank and card processing times may vary.
