A set of two handcrafted pure copper eye cups for Netra Prakshalana, the Ayurvedic practice of eye cleansing. The rim is shaped to sit comfortably over the eye socket, holding a gentle rinse in place while you blink softly beneath it so the liquid washes over the surface of the eye.
How to use
Wash the cups before use. Fill a cup with a cool, clean eye rinse such as cooled boiled water or a prepared Triphala wash. Tilt your head down, press the rim gently around one eye to form a seal, then tip your head back and blink softly several times. Empty, repeat for the other eye with the second cup, then rinse both cups and air dry. Use a fresh rinse each time.
