How it is used
- Stand the Gokarna in a bowl of warm water and let the medicated oil reach a comfortable, lukewarm temperature.
- Test the oil on the back of the hand before use.
- With the head tilted gently back, place the prescribed drops into each nostril, or pour from the spout into a dropper.
- Ask the recipient to rest and breathe steadily for a moment, then sit up slowly.
- Wipe the spout, rinse the vessel and dry it after use.
Material & care
- Wash with mild soap and warm water after each use, then dry completely.
