How to use
For body: Warm 10-20ml and apply directly to the area of concern. Massage with firm, steady strokes for 10-15 minutes. Allow to absorb before bathing. For hair: Apply warm oil generously to the scalp, massage for 5 minutes, leave for 30-60 minutes, then wash with a gentle shampoo. For localized care: Apply a small amount to dry heels, elbows or cuticles before bed. For professional use, apply as directed by your Ayurvedic practitioner.
