Use after cleansing, after your face oil, or as the final step of your Mukha Abhyanga (face massage) ritual. Take a small amount, a pea-sized portion is enough for the full face and neck. Press gently into the skin using your fingertips. Work from the centre of the face outward. No need to rub. Use morning and evening, or morning only if you use the Night Cream in the evening.
